1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund for faulty items.

6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
